The NRH has been shortlisted in two categories of the HR Leadership and Management Awards 2017
The HR Leadership & Management Awards 2017 celebrate excellence in HR and recognise that it will be key to the future prosperity of the Irish economy.
These awards recognise the emerging role of HR as a strategic management tool which, if correctly aligned with organisational business objectives, will underpin both organisational effectiveness and sustainability.
The specially designed award categories celebrate the leaders and thinkers at the cutting-edge of HR in Ireland and will reflect the main areas of excellence in the industry.
The awards will be judged by a panel of distinguished HR practitioners, academics and business leaders, and winning one of the prestigious awards generates awareness of an organisation’s endeavours and shows team-members, work-colleagues and all stakeholders that the organisation is in-step with the very best practice in HR thinking and strategy.
