Management of Neurogenic Bowel Dysfunction:
This training is specific to neurogenic bowel dysfunction in patients with spinal cord injury and will include theoretical knowledge, practical demonstration with mannequin and course material. Closing date for applications is five working days prior to course date.

Delegates: Suitable for all registered nurses in both hospital and community setting
Accreditation: 3 CEUs from Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland NMBI. Assessment of clinical competency to be achieved locally.
Booking Deadline: Closing date for bookings – five working days before the course date
Confirmation: Bookings can only be confirmed once payment is received.

Following this course, attendees will be able to:
– Design a course on management of the neurogenic bowel
– Deliver a course taking into account the different adult learning styles
– Provide theoretical and practical assessment
– Evaluate a course content
All attendees must have previously completed a recognised course in Neurogenic Bowel Management.
