New Aquatic Physiotherapy Facilities Open at the NRH

The formal opening of the NRH Aquatic Physiotherapy facilities took place this week, as part of Phase One of the redevelopment of the National Rehabilitation Hospital. At the opening, Rosie Kelly, Physiotherapy Manager said “The Physiotherapy Department is delighted to announce the official opening of the new, state-of-the-art, Aquatic Physiotherapy Department. This new facility comprises a therapy pool, lap pool, customised patient showering and changing areas, as well as staff showering, changing and rest areas. We are delighted to welcome our first patients to the new therapy pools – these new facilities will greatly enhance patient experience of aquatic physiotherapy.
