The guidelines in our Patient Information Booklet aims to let you, or your family, friends or carers know what you can expect as a patient of the National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH). It also lets you know about ways you can help us to ensure that you receive the best possible standards of care at the NRH.
The information in this booklet may change, however staff members at the NRH will be pleased to help address any questions or requests for additional information you may have.
